The Goddess Workout with Dolphina – Bellydance with Finger Cymbals [VHS] This is NOT a Workout – Fisher Miles – Pittsburgh, PA
These moves are so easy that my 95-year-old arthritic grandmother could perform them without difficulty. I never broke a sweat or even warmed up. The cool-down is a total joke. There is nothing to cool down from. I gave it two stars because I did at least get to use my finger cymbals, which I enjoy.
: Take a journey to the rhythm of your soul!
In this taget training routine, Dolphina show you how to make your own music with finger cymbals. This exotic skill will enhance your coordination, concentration and focus while enriching your bellydance workout.
The program includes:
Five-minute warm-up of mudras-”yoga for the hands”
10 minutes of concentrated finger cymbal technique
Bellydance routine incorporating the movement you’ve learned
Five minute cool-down

Spectrum Essentials Toddler DHA 1.8 fl oz (55 ml)

great-in theory – J. M. Chaffey – Fort Smith, AR United States
This is a great product in theory. A vegetarian (well, made from farmed algae), fish-free supplement for toddlers that is a drop instead of capsules. The only problem is that it’s an oil, and it still smells fishy (algae is still fishy-smelling). Not only won’t my 2 year old take this after I tricked her into taking it the first time, but now she’s so traumatized that she won’t take her other vitamin drops that she used to take every night.

Stagg Music Finger Cymbals – Bronze Stagg Music: Finger cymbals are called “zils” or “zills” in Turkey and “sagat” or “zagat” in Arabic. They are small metal disks, worn on your hands and played while you are belly dancing. Most belly dancers wear four of them: one on each thumb, and one on the middle finger of each hand. In Morocco, there is a style of playing the finger cymbals that employs only three finger cymbals: two on one hand, and one on the other hand. Do You Pack For Camping Success?

June 5, 2010 in Porta Ramp by Henry Porter

When you’re planning a camping holiday, do you spend enough time thinking about what you need to pack? The reality is that many of us really don’t like the planning process. We think of it as being rather boring.

It’s certainly not as much fun as the joy associated with a great camping trip. In fact, it’s also fair to say that many people think about camping holidays as spur of the moment events. As such, the whole idea of planning seems to go against the ethos of a holiday.

This way of thinking can create real problems when we come to pack. If we’re not prepared to think about the actual items that we need, we could leave ourselves open to problems. Some people suggest that we shouldn’t even worry about this. After all, one of the great things about these trips is that they allow us to make do.

This sounds great in theory, but it’s clear that we can run into some issues. This is most obviously the case if we’re travelling as a family. We really do need to give some thought to what individual family members require. This means doing some planning, particularly when we turn our attention to the issue of packing.

It’s so easy to forget to pack some really vital pieces of equipment. This is probably something that we’ve all done. Fortunately, it can be avoided if you’re prepared to write a good list. By writing a list of everything you need, you can make sure that you don’t forget the essentials.

The key is to make sure that you spend enough time preparing the list. Ensure that it is comprehensive and that it includes everything that the family will need. In some cases, particular pieces of equipment will be very obvious.

Most of us will remember that a tent needs to go on the list. But have you remembered to include a camping stove on your list? How about a camping toilet? These are the sort of camping accessories that are easily overlooked.

If you pack correctly, then you can make sure that you have a successful camping trip. A failure to prepare, on the other hand, can lead to problems.

Buy Camping Toilets Online to Save

June 4, 2010 in Porta Ramp by Henry Porter

Camping toilets are something that few of us like to discuss and yet many of us consider them to be essential on most camping trips. This is because the bathroom facilities provided at many campsites simply aren’t up to scratch.

There’s nothing worse than the thought of using dirty and unhygienic toilet facilities, especially if they can only be reached by walking across a muddy field in the middle of the night. As you read this, you may be thinking back with horror to your own camping experiences.

Many of us have faced the same situation and decided that we would not wish to do so again. Nothing encourages people to buy a portable toilet in the same way as such a dreaded experience. So why don’t we all rush out and buy one immediately?

One reason may be because we consider them to be too expensive. This is an understandable reaction, particularly if you have seen the sort of prices that are often listed in local camping shops. These high prices are not necessarily the fault of the camping shop owner.

The reality is that they are often faced with the high overheads that are associated with maintaining expensive premises and employing sales staff. Quite naturally, such concerns lead to higher costs. This means that they are often forced to charge higher prices.

If this sounds familiar to you, then it may be reassuring to learn that portable camping toilets are not always this expensive. Indeed, online retailers are often able to offer incredibly competitive deals. You’ll find that you can save up to 50% by shopping online.

Unlike traditional stores, such retailers will tend to have lower overheads. This means that they can pass on these lower costs to their customers. The end result for consumers is that we can pick up some real bargains.

Think again about having to walk across a muddy field. Imagine the horrendous toilet facilities that may confront you. Fortunately, these can be a thing of the past. If you buy a camping toilets online then you can make significant savings.

What Are Your Camping Essentials?

June 3, 2010 in Porta Ramp by Henry Porter

Many people love camping trips, but it’s interesting to note that we frequently take a different approach to them. This can be seen in many different aspects, including the way in which we pack. Some people love doing lots of planning, but it’s clear that many prefer to pack at the last possible moment.

What about when we look at what is being packed? This is when we can really start to highlight the different approaches that people take. It’s particularly interesting to look more carefully at what some people regard as being essential to their trip. Others are often surprised by such choices.

Some items of camping equipment would certainly seem to be necessary. Most of us would probably opt to pack a tent. This undoubtedly appears to be a prerequisite for most camping trips. Similarly, it’s to be expected that the majority of camping enthusiasts might look at ground sheets and sleeping bags as being fairly vital.

But it is at this point when opinions start to differ. Some people would definitely not consider going on such a trip without a camping stove. Cooking over such as though would be regarded as a very central activity. If the stove was not there, some of the atmosphere associated with camping holidays would be lost.

Yet this may come as a surprise to you. Maybe you don’t like cooking at all on such trips. Or maybe you simply opt for an open fire. It’s easy to see why opinions might differ.

The same picture is repeated when we look at other pieces of kit. Do you, for instance, pack a camping toilet? Some people see this as being absolutely essential, while others might consider it to be a complete waste of space. This thought gets to the very essence of what is involved.

The reality is that we probably have a finite amount of space available when we come to pack. The trick is to make sure that we have everything we need, without taking up too much space. This helps explain why we may have different thoughts about what is really essential.

Think about what you pack when you’re going on a camping trip. Maybe you’ll think about your camping essentials in a new light.
